Costume creating...

Today we woke up to rain and a request for pancakes with popping chocolate for breakfast. Whilst we were getting ready this morning the littlies wanted their tatty bumpkin cd on so that they could be 'bendy, giggly, clever and strong', it worked well so it may become a daily activity!

We had decided that we would go into town today and find some material to make nativity costumes for next weeks christmas show. The boys both chose the material that they felt would be best for their costumes. A is a king and chose a dark navy velvet with bright green fluff to go around the edge. J is a sheep and we found some lovely soft and fluffy white material that is perfect. So after lots of fluff and cotton all over the place the costumes have been finished - pics to follow!!

It was requested that we parked right on top of the multistorey today so that the littlies could admire the view. They also spent some time looking at the different shapes that they could see, like when they are watching 'Team Umizoomi'.

More block building and duplo creations were made in the afternoon and Toy Story 2 was reinacted extremely loudly with Buzz and Woody shortly after watching it!!
